Once I can Forgive, Not Twice !
The first time I placed an order, economy delivery was supposed to be 2 - 3 days and it was 10 days until the status on the order changed from processing, with the excuse that they were having shift problems at there warehouse.
The second time economy delivery was 3 - 5 days, and was late with the order status still saying processing.
After 6 days I contacted Allanda to cancel the order and request a refund it was then another 5 days till I got a response from them so they could tell me they had cancelled the order and given me a refund, and had not expected such a high demand on a bank holiday ?

I can forgive a late delivery once, but the second time I go to a different company.

8 years ago I would have recommended this company, not anymore. They are now slow and not very good.

Customer relations are good, but response time can be slow, I used the contact form and email, and I had to wait days.

I found the whole showcase when dealing with Allanda, both times, a waste of time.

Scam, negligent company.
Awful. Ordered items for a 96 year old, vulnerable person nearly two weeks ago. No email to say it has even been dispatched yet. Chased twice now and no one responding to me. Of course they’ve taken full money though! Surely this is borderline illegal. They have also deleted my account with them. Do not order, scam. Will have to go elsewhere and have lost money. Must be a sick company to scam people for items ordered for elderly people.

Still waiting for my order!
Ordered products for my father a week ago. According to the website the order is still being processed! No communication from the company to explain or apologise for the delay. My first time ordering with this company, not impressed!

Avoid!
Clearly this company is incapable of processing a simple refund. With their advice, sent item back 8th December 2021!Still waiting for my money back- 11.01.2022. I use the term ' customer service' term loosely when I say being told 3 times they have to do paperwork. Then that paperwork is with finance dept. I have no faith and will NEVER use them again.

Order 2 zipped mattress protector which we were told were rubber they were not paid 13 poundz 4 postage to return 4 a refund and was told as polythene packaging was ripped cud only refund 1

Used this company for two years but not any more
Used this company for two years with no issues. Placed an order on 7 September and still waiting. Was told last week it would be delivered monday, then got told yesterday it hadn't been processed during an online chat with a very rude 'customer services' person.
Have placed an order elsewhere, will not be using them again. Any professional business would have had proper plans in place for a warehouse move, and not had a 'plan' that has resulted in damage to their reputation and probably lost a lot of customers.

Appalling service
Appalling service - still waiting on delivery from over two weeks ago. Get assurances on delivery dates then nothing! Will not use this company again mainly because they just don't give a dam about customer service. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before using them as it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Allanda have phoned me and apologised has part of web site is miss leading they hve replaced the pants. and refunded the £6.95.next day pos
I was desperate to order the faeces pads and
Packet of stretch pants
I ordered on a Friday the option was normal 3-5 delivery
Or next day at a premium of £6.95
I paid the next day £6.95
As I was so desperate
It stated they deliver except. Bank holidays
I was expecting them to arrive on Saturday
But they didn’t obvious they did not arrive on Sunday Monday morning they was delivered approx 9;30 by DPD the package had labels stating next day
I phoned DPD and they checked the parcel serial number and told me it was collected on the Friday but DPD don’t work deliver week ends
I sent email to customer care at Allanda
And recieved email back stating a
S I ordered on a Friday I would not get a delivery until the Monday
I asked why I paid for next day £6.95 but nothing also sent them a picture of a pair of pants that had a hole in and nothing

I will not be using this company again there customer care don’t care
Also there testimony about they know how we feel is complete hog wash.
They say they are a caring company it appears they are ripping people of on there postage rates which is discustin exspecially when your desperate

ZERO stars for Allanda
It is a shame that there is not an option for no stars as that is what I would give this company. Their after-sales care actually rates zero! I purchased 6 x individually wrapped Sangenic Easiseal Refill | Light Odour Protection cassettes back in January. They arrived in a box and were not wrapped. I contacted the company as they had charged me for individually wrapped cassettes. I got a refund of £2.
Four months on, I have taken one of the cassettes out of the box to find that the inner ring that stops the refill bag from unravelling when used is loose and cannot be reattached. I have informed the company and been told that I only had 30 days to report any faults and that they will not be replacing the cassette. The company even inferred I had not purchased the cassette from them (‘we do apologise for inconvenience caused but it does appear the faulty item was not purchased from us’), which it was! Needless to say, I will NOT be using Allanda again and definitely do not recommend them!

Great Customer Support
3 of the same item ordered, and only one was available. I was emailed if I wanted to wait (expected 5-6 week wait) or a refund for the non-delivered 2 items. I opted to wait, and after about 5 weeks I chased them, to be responded with they were expecting delivery their end that day and it would be a further 3-5 working days to get to me. 5 working days later and my 2 items arrived. Great service and quick response via email. Thank you. 4 stars because stock wasn't available when ordered, if website had live stock availability would be 5 star.
